日本予選開催のお知らせ

はじめに、中国科学技術協会の年次総会にあわせ開催される「海外人材イノベーション起業コンペ」への皆様の毎回のご参加、熱心なご指導と力強いご協力に心より感謝申し上げます。

中国科学技術協会と湖南省政府の合意により、今年の中国海外人材イノベーション起業コンペの開催地は湖南省長沙市に決定しました。第24回中国科学技術協会年次総会の一環として、今年コンペは年次総会会期中の6月に開幕式を行い、11月に長沙市で決勝戦を予定しています。

今年も日本に海外予選区が置かれます。在日華人科学技術団体、留学生団体、各大学同窓会及びイノベーション関係企業、起業予定の皆様等には、中国科学技術協会2022年中国（長沙）海外人材イノベーション起業コンペへのご参加とプロジェクトの推薦を歓迎します。皆様のご参加で、例年の大会同様、日本予選区から多くの優秀なプロジェクトが生まれますよう念願しております。

２０２２中国（長沙）海外人材イノベーション起業コンペ

概    要

1. 決勝：2022年11月
2. 場所：長沙国家高新技術産業開発区

3.エントリーテーマ

（1）健康医療分野：生物医学、医療機器、スマート医薬、健康管理、およびその他の関連コンテンツ。

（2）インテリジェント：ブロックチェーン、メタバース、統合オプトエレクトロニクス、人工知能、集積回路設計、センシング技術、インテリジェント制御、IoT、およびその他の関連コンテンツ。

（3）ハイエンド機器：計装、インテリジェント製造、自動化のための特別な機器、新素材、およびその他の関連コンテンツ。

（4）省エネ・低炭素化：カーボンニュートラル、新エネルギー、エネルギー貯蔵、資源リサイクル、およびその他の関連コンテンツ。

（5）デジタル経済：デジタルインフラ、産業のデジタル化、デジタル産業化、行政のデジタル化、デジタルエコノミーセキュリティー、およびその他の関連コンテンツ。

4.大会スケジュール

大会は2つのステージ（予選、決勝）と決勝に分けられます。サブコンペティションとファイナルの間に、海外の起業家の中国への旅行を企画し、実行します。コンテストシステムのプロセスとエントリー要件の詳細については、コンテストのWebサイト（http://cotiec.cast.org.cn）にご参考ください。

About the Competition

China Overseas Talents Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is an innovation project competition for overseas talent organized by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) and local governments in China, aiming at introducing original, innovative and leading overseas high-tech projects, showcasing the latest S&T achievements and products, and building a bridge and platform to attract overseas elite talents to start businesses in China. Since 2016, the Competition has been successfully held for six years, attracting the participation of more than 2500 teams and innovation projects throughout the world. A number of projects have been successfully financed through the competition platform; many entrepreneurs promoted and noticed; and a lot of start-ups supported by the National Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for Overseas Professionals, HOME Base Program, and Innovation China pilot cities. The Competition has contributed to accelerating the transformation of achievements and the implementation of projects, effectively helping overseas talents in science and technology settle in China and start businesses.

This year, CAST and the People’s Government of Hunan Province will jointly host the 2022 China (Changsha) Overseas Talents Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in the near future. As one of the activities of the 24th Annual Meeting of the CAST, the opening ceremony of the Competition will be held in June during the Annual Meeting, while the finals and the award ceremony will be held in November in Changsha, Hunan Province.

1. Big Healthcare Industry (biomedicine, medical equipment, smart healthcare, life science, elderly care, etc.);
2. Intelligent Technology (blockchain, metaverse, integrated optoelectronics, artificial intelligence, integrated circuit design, sensing technology, intelligent control, Internet of Things, etc.);
3. Equipment and New Materials (instrumentation, special automation equipment and new materials, etc.）;
4. Green and low-carbon Technology (carbon neutrality, new energy, energy storage, resource recycling, etc.);
5. Digital Economy (digital infrastructure, industrial digitalization, digital public services, digital economic security system, etc.).

Schedules & Rules

The Competition is composed of two stages: primaries (qualifying and semi-final) and finals. In between primaries and finals, there will be a series of Overseas Entrepreneur China Tour events.

2018年6月、中国科学技術協会が当センターにイノベーション拠点の資格を正式に授与しました。科学技術の分野において、日中の間で広範な交流と協力活動を行っています。

訪中訪問団の派遣や訪日視察団の受け入れ、学術交流シンポジウム、セミナー、技術交流会、展示会を様々なイベントを実行しました。

近年、科学教育を通じて国を活性化させるという中国国家戦略に応じて、中国科学技術協会に協力して、科学技術のイノベーション推進のため、イノベーションコンペティション、日中ビジネスマッチング会、交流会などさまざまな取り組みを行っています。
